The first division is to supply different types of machinery for motor manufacturing, including the foot machine, fully automatic complete line for armature production, stator, and motor assembly line. The second division is to provide technical support and consulting, project support, and turnkey service for some motor manufacturers. Located in Suzhou, a beautiful city of industry, the heart of commerce in the Yangtze River Delta, Smart specializes in R&D, manufacturing, and sales of induction motor machinery. Our machines produced in the factory in Suzhou are mainly applied to induction motors such as washing machine motor, air conditioning motor, pump motor, coil motor, three-phase motor, fan motor, and compressor motor, etc. Making the most of experienced engineers, skilled professionals, perfect equipment, strict manufacturing process control, and a wide service network, we are dedicated to providing our customers with optimized solutions for electric motor manufacturing. Our machine production process, our stator motor production line is widely used in the manufacturing of many types of motor stators. As a world leader, we have obvious advantages in stator and rotor base assembly, slot insulation, self-winding, self-insertion, self-fusion, self-impregnation of resin, and other motor production technologies for various sizes and shapes of the stator slot.
