WELCOME to our website. The company sicht-pack HAGNER is one of the leading European manufacturers of transparent films made of polyester. We offer the following types of hard films for deep-drawing and packaging applications in rolls and formats: · A-PET films · G/A/G films · G-PET films Furthermore, we manufacture film composites that obtain various sealing, peel, and barrier properties through the refinement with PE films. Our products are mainly used in forming, filling, and sealing machines as well as in conventional deep-drawing machines for the production of blister packaging. Another area of application is the production of transparent packaging such as folding boxes, round cans, etc. They can be ETO- and gamma-sterilized and are used for primary and secondary packaging. A major advantage of PET is its environmental compatibility. PET is recyclable and leaves no harmful residues when incinerated. Our buildings, administration, and plant technology are state-of-the-art, comparable to none in the PET hard film manufacturing industry worldwide. The company is managed by an excellent team composed of all areas such as production, planning, administration, quality, energy, hygiene, occupational safety, training, etc. – versatilely certified (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 [based on ISO 22000], BRCGS, SA 8000, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, IFS Logistics, SAM, AEO), which guarantees a permanent audit mode through the interconnection. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a prerequisite for the certifications according to FSSC 22000 and BRCGS and the basis of our production. Another essential part of our corporate policy is to ensure continuous product safety for our customers with ongoing traceability. Based on SAP, we practice information exchange with our customers from VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) to invoicing via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
