Hugo consulted with me and help find the perfect sleep system that met mine and my partners needs. I appreciate the time he took. He truly cares about his customers. Delivery was prompt and on time. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. 5 stars all the way. Hugo was phenomenal and helped me find a great mattress on short notice. He was super thorough, educational, and explained every aspect of what I was paying for/buying. Upsides, downsides, very open and honest with his business. 100% recommend over your standard big name mattress store. We’ve visited Hugo and his shop multiple times for various furniture and we can’t say enough good things. Excellent customer service, great prices, and good quality products. Plan to continue recommending to friends and family, as well as shopping here for many years to come! Hugo made it easy for my wife and I to purchase a mattress for our daughter.
