Being one of the privileged technologist to have travelled across the globe (USA, Turkey, China, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Iran, Germany, etc…) for Installation/Erection, Commissioning & Quality Tuning of the above Blow Room & Cards acquired thorough knowledge & perfection from the various personal whom I came across during the visits & was really impressed on their working style, wide: maintenance, housekeeping, productivity and quality of their workmanship & products, which induced me a new confidence and self motivation to adopt their methods, style of functioning etc… in our country also to improve the textile industry. Hence, without any further delay floated a small firm in the name of Shivalaya Associates followed by Shivalaya Tex Spares in Coimbatore on 2006 with a core of good technicians to deal used Trumac/Truetzschler Machines (Blow Room & Cards) sale to fine tuning of quality of the output! In Shivalaya Tex Spares, we cater the Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics Spares for the above machineries. We take pride to inform that we posses Graf TSG Machines for Re-Sharpening of Cylinder and Doffer wires & one DSW for flats & wire mounting on the cards. We exclusively use Graf Stone & Emery Fillet for Sharpening with our own conveyance facility. Our team consist of well Trained & Experienced Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineers & Support staff to provide solution to all our customer’s troubleshooting/requirements in South India & we have entered leading mills in North India too.
