Our main products include precision reduction gearboxes with diameters ranging from 3.4mm to 38mm, voltages from 1.5 to 24V, power from 0.01 to 40W, output speeds from 5 to 2000rpm, and output torques from 1.0 gf.cm to 50kgf.cm. We can manufacture precision plastic and metal injection parts and assemblies, customized micro gear and drive systems, and precision electromechanical motion modules and special products as required. ZHAOWEI has a large production capacity with 165 sets of injection molding machines from Sumitomo and 35 automatic assembly lines. The tooling facility includes AGIE EDM, AGIE wire cutting machines, and MAKINO, FANUC, RODERS CNC. In the production center, there are AGIE wire cutting machines, AGIE EDM, MAKINO EDM, FAUNC, and RODERS CNC. With the Osaka gear coupling device and gear measurement center, ZHAOWEI can guarantee high quality and standards of gears and gearboxes that meet or exceed customer requirements. The R&D team, grouped by doctors, masters, and senior engineers, provides total solutions to customers from design, 3D simulation, and optimization, data collection and analysis to FAI and mass production. Gear Design Introduction: With its own developed gear design platform that can design gear parameters, automatically calculate, and create simulation models of helical gear pairs, bevel gear pairs, and spur gear pairs, ZHAOWEI has extensive experience in computer-aided design. Gear Tooth Profile Modification: The ZHAOWEI gear design platform exhibits excellent performance in calculating gear modification coefficients, meshing angles, and calibrating gear slip ratios, contact, and overlap ratios. During the production development stage, it helps improve gear noise performance and prolong gear life. Gear Dynamic Simulation and FEA: During the gear design review stage, engineers will use the ZHAOWEI design platform to conduct design simulations and use FEA to verify the design parameters and gear power performance.
