The elite automation company was established in February 2007 in Shenzhen, China. It was then a manufacturer specializing in applicators and blades for cable machinery. It began producing standard equipment for the cable industry in March 2011. After laying a constant technological foundation, Elite Automation undertook the task of designing non-standard/customized equipment to meet specific customer needs in 2013. From applicators to standard equipment and then from standard equipment to customized equipment, we have strong competitiveness in meeting all our customers' needs. Elite Automation is an organization whose primary objective is to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. We have a large customer service group and a wide-ranging research and development capability program tailored for you and providing you with high-quality customer service. Our factory is located in the Guangming district of Shenzhen, China. Elite Automation produced only the applicators and blades in 2007. The applicators and blades are the heart of cable processing equipment. In 2011, after several years of mastering this core technology, we began investing resources into producing a complete set of equipment. Initially, we learned and imitated certain standardized equipment, laying the foundation for equipment manufacturing. We mastered the production process and the center of the equipment in 2013 and began to engage in non-standard and customized products to challenge ourselves further. Elite Automation now has mastered the fundamentals of cable processing equipment. Our future path is to explore and research with customers how to increase productivity and compress costs in terms of equipment automation to create certain solutions and thus tailor practices. We provide services to consumers at the beginning of contact to meet their needs and then provide them with alternative solutions. Throughout the process, engineers, salespeople, and quality control representatives will meet with customers to discuss each case. Following transportation, we will have after-sales personnel to continue with installation and commissioning. Our customer service team can meet or contact customers to gather feedback and observations.
