Shanghai TRION Industrial Co.,Ltd. is an enterprise engaged in designing and manufacturing of bus body parts and onboard electronics. Shanghai TRION was founded in 2010 with the headquarter and technical center located nearby Shanghai Hongqiao area and several plants throughout China. Our main products include bus and coach door system, BRT platform door system, sleeper air conditioner, bus and coach seats, instrument cluster and controlling system for commercial vehicle. For continuous improvement, our company has been investing a lot in R&D since the establishment. Around 50% of all staffs are technical engineers. We also invest 10% of turnover for R&D activities every year to assure the technical pioneer position on the market. We believe that quality is the base of everything. So we setup completed procedure of R&D and strict manufacturing process in accordance with quality management system of ISO9001 and IATF16949. We strictly control the quality to deliver zero default product to our customers. So far we have already provided our products to several main bus and coach OEMs in China such as Yutong, Kinglong, Ankai etc. and have won the trust of our customers. Besides our domestic sales, we have approached oversea market since 2017. We have exported to USA, South-east of Asia, Africa, Australia and South America and have got the acceptance and positive feedback from customers. We have professional teams for different product lines in order to react promptly and give quick feedback. Our purpose is to understand customers’ requirements, give professional solutions and provide qualified products to our customers.
