With 25 years of technical and marketing experience, we have accumulated an in-depth understanding of the Chinese lubricant market, ranging from base oils to additives, from engine oils to metalworking fluids, from formulations to applications. We supply and serve more than 500 lubricant blenders in China. Starry Chemical is headquartered in Shanghai and has R&D lab in Shanghai and Guangdong, manufacturing plant in Qidong, Jiangsu Province, warehouse in Qidong, and Guangdong. Our plant is located at Riverside Chemical Park, Qidong city, Jiangsu Province. With a total investment of 110 million, the new plant covers an area 20000 of square meters with annual capacity of 10000 MT, specializing in the production of additive for metalworking fluid and lube oil. This plant has been put into operation in March, 2018. Starry Chemical’s R&D center is located in Pudong, Shanghai, with an area bigger than 1200 square meters, equipped with facilities and instruments such as GC, HPLC, FT-IR, UV, Four Ball, Micro-Tap etc.
