Running imported 16 fully automatic PP, PE corrugated sheet extrusion production lines, which are the most advanced domestically, adopting a distinctive design with a chimney, adjustable choke block, and a special temperature control system to ensure stable plasticization performance and extrusion efficiency. Eleven sets of high-precision cutting and forming die devices adopt advanced horizontal flat pressing machines and flat die cutting machines, applying intelligent photoelectric induction devices to ensure the precise size of sheet processing and improve processing quality to the greatest extent. The processing of sheets also adopts advanced ultrasonic welding equipment, automatic box making machines, and automatic heat sealing machines, automatic printing equipment, automatic edge sealing equipment, automatic packaging equipment, etc. It can produce thicknesses from 1.2mm-13mm and widths up to 2500mm, with special functions such as degradation, anti-static, conductive, flame retardant, and aging resistance. The annual production can reach more than 20,000 tons.
