Your loved one is in good hands with us.  Your pet is our priority. We will treat your loved one as one of our own through the entire process. With gentle handling and a fear-free approach, we do all we can to minimize stress and create a peaceful experience for your pet. When you choose to work with us, you decide to support a small, locally-owned and operated business, and we are grateful. You are investing in a business that reinvests into your community. We are proud to work with local charities in our community. We also strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible, driving low emission vehicles and recycling all possible materials used in the processing of providing the service. It can feel exhausting to provide nursing care to a sick pet, and you may feel overwhelmed when coming to an end-of-life decision. We are here to help guide you on this journey, and that’s why we’re all about making it less stressful for your family. We’re based in Redlands, California. We’re a local service helping local people. We strive to serve as many pet families as possible and travel to many of the Inland Empire’s rural locations. We schedule visits to allow for a comfortable pace for you and your pet. We answer your questions, thoroughly discuss your pet’s disease process and potential palliative treatment options. When euthanasia is appropriate, we want everyone in the family to feel comfortable and understand what to expect from the process. Many families tell us they would never choose another option again. We can make this difficult time a little easier for you by arranging aftercare for your loved one and providing transportation to the facility. You can pick your pet up at the facility if you wish, or we can arrange shipping for you. Just let us know your wishes, and we can take care of the rest. Dr. Nicole worked as a small animal general practitioner for many years while also working as a mobile palliative care and home euthanasia veterinarian in San Diego county. Dr. Nicole found that her work in mobile end-of-life care was very rewarding, and the families she helped were so grateful for the service that she began working full time in the field. In 2019 Dr. Nicole had to say goodbye to her own beloved pet (Murphy) and experienced firsthand how relieving it was to be in the comfort of home when saying goodbye. After having her second child, the pull to be closer to family became overwhelming, and Dr. Nicole and her family decided to move back to the area they had always considered “home.” Dr. Nicole knew she had to continue her calling to serve families in their homes and support them through the process of end-of-life care. Dr. Nicole is honored and humbled to now offer her services to families in the Inland Empire. This is a phrase so often used when we are coming to the difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved pets. We are here to accompany you and your dear family member on their serene passage to a more peaceful place. Thank you for trusting us to be there during the toughest of times.
