Semiplas was founded in 1989 by my father, Sabahattin Patel, a recognised specialist in the manufacturing of plastic components for the automotive industry. The company diversified into security seal design and manufacturing in 2000 after being approached by our national airline company, Turkish Airlines, to develop a security seal to meet their specific needs. Since then Semiplas has been a world class manufacturer of a wide range of tamper evident security seals and supplier for complementary security solutions. Presently, Semiplas is also investing on a new generation of reusable security sealing solutions to comply with the market needs for eco friendly and sustainable products.
