LEON MOTORS, S.A. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as the “Dealer”, located at AV. CERRO GORDO 336, Colonia VALLE DEL CAMPESTRE, LEON, C.P. 37150, GUANAJUATO, MEXICO, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. 1. Personal Data that will be processed: - Identification Data (Document with a photo issued by an authorized authority. E.g., Voter ID, Passport, Driver's License, among other official documents). - Contact Data (e.g., landline or mobile phone, email, address with postal code, among others). - Employment Data (e.g., documents proving the place where you work, affiliation to IMSS-ISSTE, pay slips or any other that certifies that you earn income). - Asset Data (e.g., information about movable and immovable property owned by you or the guarantor). - Financial Data (e.g., bank and/or commercial credit cards, account statements, direct and indirect income). - Billing Data (e.g., Federal Tax Registration or RFC / CURP / REPUVE, proof of address, among others). - For Clients or Visitors entering the facilities, sales floor, or service of the “Dealer”, there will be recorded images from closed-circuit or video surveillance, to guarantee the safety and integrity of the facilities and the persons present. It is informed that the “Dealer” does not process sensitive personal data, such as religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual preference, political affiliation, racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information. 2. Primary purposes for which the data is collected: I. To carry out the procedures for the acquisition of goods, products, and services for our clients and potential clients; II. Marketing of new and used motor vehicles, as well as all kinds of parts or spare parts and accessories in their various modalities: cash, credit, and self-financing; III. To provide all kinds of goods, products, and services for the maintenance of your car (spare parts, bodywork and painting, various services related to motor vehicles); IV. To carry out the various procedures to manage the registration of motor vehicles in the corresponding vehicle registers with the competent authorities, as well as to carry out environmental verification if applicable; V. To consult the credit history with credit information societies (Credit Bureau); VI. To comply with the obligations in the matter of guarantees on new, used, and in-service motor vehicles; VII. To inform about vehicle safety campaigns promoted by the manufacturer (recalls), as well as technical updates; VIII. To process and formalize a credit for the acquisition of a new and/or used vehicle, as well as the acquisition of automotive insurance according to the contracts previously established by the parties; IX. To comply with all complementary and/or ancillary activities necessary for the marketing of new, used vehicles, and the provision of services and products for vehicle maintenance; X. To process requests, carry out collection, billing, and clarifications activities; XI. To comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and other legal provisions; XII. To keep the records managed by us or by Volkswagen de México, S.A. de C.V. updated; XIII. To contact you and send information in order to know the level of satisfaction, as well as to invite you to participate in the evaluation of our quality processes; and to validate the quality of the data. XIV. To contact and send information regarding the acquisition of goods or services provided to you. XV. To follow up on requests, complaints, and/or grievances.
