Scratch Free Packaging manufactures custom-made, scratch-free pouches. Mike Weller, owner and president of Scratch Free Packaging, founded the company in 1999, to cater to the need for a unique surface protection product for manufacturers’ parts, products and components. Proudly Made in the U.S.A. Initially our pouches were produced for us in Mexico. However, we learned the best product our suppliers could provide did not meet the quality standards required by our customers. In 2002, machines were designed to meet the following criteria: 1) Automated - for high output to keep unit cost low 2) Machine consistency - for a quality, finished product 3) Ease of changeovers - for low minimums and product customization As a result of booming sales, in 2004 we moved our plant to our current location in Easton, Maryland.
