Scott's Shop

I started woodworking with a very complete “Powered” woodshop. Over the years I have discovered the simple pleasure of woodworking with hand tools. As I slowly gain the skill needed to use these "new" tools I will continue to update the shop tour. I was first exposed to metalworking in the Merchant Marine. These machines have quickly become indispensable to me. Additionally, there is a great deal of challenge is in restoring and using these “antiques.” Enjoy the tour. The garage shop is often relegated to those projects that my wife won't let into the house. Space constraints have led to the construction of a shed to store some of my more “unique” toys. That has now expanded to a 50x60 barn for all the shops to be under one roof.
