S.I.RE. S.p.A. boasts a long experience in the plastic materials sector, located in the province of PAVIA, it has developed in the territory through production in the two plants of Arena Po and Bressana Bottarone. The philosophy based on a pragmatic approach in production and in the search for technical solutions tailored to the customer has made the company one of the main players in the field of recycling polyolefin resins, with a total production capacity of 40,000 tons/year. Production takes place in the two plants of Arena Po and Bressana Bottarone. In the first, the production of technical compounds for the sectors of pipes, geosynthetic membranes, and gardening, etc. is concentrated. In the second plant, the production of ground material for recycling and the production of low-density polyethylene and polypropylene is carried out. The 5 washing lines and the 3 grinding lines within the Bressana Bottarone plant ensure the use of materials always free from impurities that have therefore undergone a first processing before being inserted into the final extrusion phase. The company can also provide the following services: collection of plastic production waste by placing containers. The quality of our productions is guaranteed by constant control in every single production process by our specialized technicians. The process phases for granule productions guarantee minimum batches of 10 tons. The materials are always checked upon arrival and then premixed before the extrusion phase. Further mixing silos for the granule guarantee product homogeneity. The materials are then laboratory-tested before being delivered to the customer.
