The original factory, Shenzhen Rongchangsheng Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., relocated to Dongguan Rongchangsheng Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. in April 2017. Established in 1996, the company has long been dedicated to the manufacture of precision molds and high-temperature injection molding products. In 2006, our manufacturing processes and product quality were highly praised by Boeing's Tier 1 supplier, Vaupell Molding & Tooling Inc. (www.vaupell.com), and we were honored to receive a share of Vaupell's technical expertise. Our company adopts internationally advanced CAD, CAM, and CAE design and manufacturing processes, achieving integration from design to processing. We use 3D software for product design assembly and mold structure analysis, which accelerates mold production and enhances the quality and efficiency of production. The company is equipped with various models of imported machining centers, CNC machines, high-speed machines, EDM machines, and computerized injection molding machines, providing a reliable guarantee for product quality. All of our molds are made from high-quality mold steel imported from Japan, Germany, and Sweden through Hong Kong's Lung Kee Company.
