Indeed, our team of engineers based at RM Technologies in Bonchamp-Lès-Laval (53) develops all technical parts based on a specification or customer environment through its Design Office. Our laboratory and validation engineers manage the certification of our products while respecting customer validation plans that rely on tests within our facilities. Specialized in plastic injection, ATP, located in Chapelle Royale (28), has a 3000 m² workshop for injection and mold maintenance, a secure area for tool storage, and a separate warehouse for receiving materials and shipping finished products. Integrated in 2019 into the RMT Group, ATP initiated its transformation through the complete renewal of its injection press fleet, the implementation of an ERP, and a quality policy dedicated to ISO 9001. Relying on the Group's Design Office and laboratory, ATP complements the unique offering and allows us to support you throughout your project. Specialized in the injection of plastic parts, BVI has a fleet of 13 injection presses ranging from 35 to 1100 tons. Our experience in processing a wide range of thermoplastic materials (PP, PA, PE, ABS, PS, PMMA, POM, PPS, etc.) enables us to serve numerous fields of activity such as: paramedical, electronics, aeronautics, cosmetics, construction, food industry, ... Located in La Ferté Bernard (72), our expertise is recognized in injecting small series up to several million parts and assisting in developing or optimizing plastic parts based on a schematic or 2D/3D drawing.
