Dalian Rainforest Irrigation Equipment Co., Ltd. of China was established in Lushunkou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province in 2006. The total area is approximately 45,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 35,000 square meters, and a total investment of nearly 40 million RMB. The first phase of the construction has completed a production workshop of about 20,000 square meters and an office and living area of about 5,500 square meters. Dalian Rainforest Irrigation Equipment Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Dalian Automatic Control Instrument Panel Factory, which was a long-term OEM partner of Lindsay Corporation, a renowned global irrigation equipment manufacturer from the United States. The former Dalian Automatic Control Instrument Panel Factory possessed the production technology, quality, and process standards for Lindsay sprinklers and produced a large number of specialized production equipment for large-scale sprinklers. It achieved the American standard of using molds to manufacture all parts of large-scale sprinklers, automatic assembly welding, and overall one-time hot-dip galvanizing. The manufactured sprinklers are on par with American counterparts in terms of quality and service life. Based on the original factory, Rainforest Irrigation Equipment Company invested in building a new production base and made significant adjustments to the production equipment, introducing multiple advanced machines and welding equipment from both domestic and international sources. In terms of mechanical processing, it has realized a new manufacturing process mainly based on fully automated CNC equipment, supplemented by semi-mechanized and manual production. Since 2000, Rainforest Irrigation Company has been engaged in whole machine OEM production for Lindsay Corporation, being the only enterprise in the same industry in China that is comprehensively certified by Lindsay Corporation in terms of technology, process, quality, and standards, and also the sole large-scale sprinkler whole machine OEM producer for Lindsay Corporation in China. Over the years, Rainforest Company has provided over 1,000 sets of large central pivot (clockwise) sprinklers for Lindsay's Chinese market, most of which have been applied in major grain and other crop production areas such as Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Xinjiang, and Heilongjiang.
