It mainly undertakes the construction of communication projects for Dalian Telecom Branch and possesses the qualifications of a first-class telecommunications engineering contractor and a Class A intelligent building system integrator. After reform, the administrative management department of the general company is set up with three sections and one office, overseeing five branches and eleven engineering departments. Among them, the Intelligent Building System Integration Department mainly engages in the integration of intelligent building systems and communication engineering, primarily undertaking user projects, including voice, image, and data multimedia communications within residential areas and buildings. The scope of work includes integrated cabling system integration, video intercom systems, video conferencing systems, electronic whiteboards, projectors, office automation, security surveillance systems, background music broadcasting systems, cable TV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, parking lot systems, perimeter defense systems, and other low-voltage system projects (excluding fire protection systems). Projects in the Dalian area: all communication projects within Dalian City for Dalian Telecom Company, as well as communication projects in Jinzhou, Lvshun, Pulandian, and Wafangdian. Currently, the company's clients include many domestic government bidding and tendering communication projects. The company holds legal construction licenses for the above-mentioned projects, including network entry systems, acceptance test records, and completion reports.
