Dongguan Cosmos Plastic Products Company Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong-listed company, Cosmos Machinery Enterprises Ltd. (CMEL). CMEL was founded in 1958 and listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1988. After half a century of continuous growth, it has evolved into a diversified business group with main operations including machinery manufacturing, plastic processing and products, as well as the sale of machinery and industrial consumables. Dongguan Cosmos Plastic Products Company Ltd., established in 1997, focuses on the research, development, and production of irregular PC blow-molded hollow products. Over more than ten years of development, the company has emphasized management and regarded product quality as the lifeblood of the enterprise. In 2007, it successfully passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and implemented an ERP management system along with a paperless OA office automation management system. Leveraging the strong mechanical R&D and manufacturing background of the parent company, and the robust technical development capabilities of Cosmos Plastic, combined with over a decade of mature experience in designing, developing, producing, selling, and servicing blow-molded hollow products, Cosmos Plastic can provide customers with comprehensive solutions for hollow blow molding. The company boasts over ten sets of high-performance specialized blow molding equipment and hundreds of square meters of pharmaceutical-grade clean rooms that meet dust-free and wash-free requirements for medical and reagent packaging. Additionally, the company has extensive experience working with European and American small appliance brands to jointly develop various irregular PC/PP/PE humidifier water tanks. In recent years, the company has independently developed and produced environmentally friendly PC blow-molded mannequins and screw-mouth water buckets, which are patented products setting new milestones in the traditional mannequin industry and the bottled water industry.
