In September 1999, Pinxin Toy Factory was set up in Shijie Town, Dongguan City; from the beginning, a development and production department was established to produce cloth, plush, stuffed toys, and home gifts through OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) methods. The products were mainly sold domestically and exported to Europe, America, and Taiwan. Starting from May 2002, Pinxin began to develop towards toy resource supply, focusing on the production of equipment and materials related to toys, mainly specializing in the production of equipment for toy factories such as cotton beating machines, cotton filling machines, fabric inspection machines, and energy-saving devices, providing high-quality equipment services to toy manufacturers. In October 2004, Pinxin Toy Factory relocated to a new site with an area of 8,000 square meters, injecting new vitality into the company.
