The mold design department is made up of experienced, vigorous, and highly skilled engineers with over 10 years of experience in die-casting mold design. The company possesses CNC machining equipment, mold design, and analysis software, along with over 20 specialized machines including various machining centers, EDM machines, and wire cutting machines. It also has 3D coordinate measuring instruments, providing strong technical support for mold design, manufacturing, and quality inspection. All mold manufacturing and processing adopt advanced process flows and information management, ensuring that the production of each mold is always under control, thereby guaranteeing the overall quality of the molds. In 2006, the company passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System certification.
