Working Hours: Currently set at 6 days per week, overtime pay is handled according to labor law regulations. 2. Accommodation and Meals: The company provides free accommodation and meals. For those living outside, an additional subsidy of 100 RMB/month is provided in their salary. For those who do not use the company cafeteria, an additional subsidy of 240 RMB/month is provided. 4.
