Jinxin Chemical Industry Park Exhibition and Logistics Park Center is located on Lisha Island, Shatian Town, Humen Port, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, which is at the geographical center of the Pearl River Delta. The park is within the overall planning framework of "one core, three zones, and five circles" being prioritized by the Dongguan municipal government for Humen Port. It is an integral part of the Lisha Petrochemical Zone, one of the "three zones" of Humen Port, designated as a petrochemical raw material storage and transportation center and petrochemical industry development base facing South China. Covering a total area of over 2,980 mu (about 198.67 hectares), Jinxin Chemical Exhibition and Logistics Park will be developed in accordance with the industrial master plan of Lisha Island, aiming to become an international exhibition and trade center, and a logistics and storage base for petrochemical raw materials and finished products, serving South China and the Pearl River Delta. The business value chain includes petrochemical exhibitions and trade, electronic trading platforms for petrochemical raw materials and finished products, warehousing and logistics, logistics information trading platforms, hazardous chemicals parking lots, petrochemical enterprise incubators, petrochemical industry training, and a provincial emergency reserve center for hazardous chemicals. A phase one project, featuring over 30,000 square meters of Class A hazardous chemical warehouses, has been completed and is ready for use. Phase two, which includes more than 50,000 square meters of Class B and C warehouses, is under construction, bringing the total size of the hazardous chemical warehouse to over 80,000 square meters. The warehouses are designed with 24-meter-high automated stacking equipment, enabling barcode-controlled inventory management, automatic loading and unloading, and operations of all hazardous chemicals in an unmanned and safe environment. This ensures that the efficiency, inventory accuracy, and first-in-first-out (FIFO) management of the park reach world-advanced levels.
