Hua Ye Group is a specialized technology enterprise in the production of wind turbines and their associated components. The group consists of three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Shandong Hua Ye Wind Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., Dezhou Hua Ye Composite Materials Co., Ltd., and Shandong Han Yuan Investment Management Co., Ltd. Additionally, it has three project departments: Hua Ye CNC, Hua Ye Wind Power, and Shower Room. The headquarters of the group is located in Dezhou Economic Development Zone, with 385 employees, including 156 engineering and technical personnel. The company integrates R&D, production, sales, and export, covering a wide range of product varieties and possessing strong technical capabilities. The company collaborates on multiple technological projects with domestic institutions such as the Institute of Automatic Control Technology at Shenyang University of Technology, and European wind energy technology engineers. Currently, the company holds several patented technologies. Our produced wind turbines, along with blades, control systems, and pitch devices, all meet world-class standards. The main products include three models: SUT-100 (200; 300), which are variable speed constant frequency wind turbine series, consisting of gearboxes, converters, couplings, asynchronous generator sets, and controllers with rated powers of 110 (220; 330) kW. The SUT series of wind turbines were designed to withstand harsh environments from the outset, capable of stable operation under extreme cold, high temperatures, humidity, salt fog, and sandy conditions, thereby reducing maintenance costs. The blades used in the SUT series have full independent intellectual property rights, made from fiberglass-reinforced polyester materials, with optimized aerodynamic designs for the most efficient power output. These blades also exhibit excellent resistance to UV, sand, salt fog, and other adverse environmental factors. For our medium-sized wind turbines, we select world-advanced level generators, converters, and gearboxes, paired with our own manufactured blades, controllers, and automatic balancing devices, featuring unique regulation characteristics for microgrids. We also design and produce nacelle covers and fairings for large wind turbine units, alongside other composite material products. The performance of our foam core materials exceeds that of imported materials. We can independently design and modify small-scale automated production lines for composite material products. Moreover, we possess over 20 sets of advanced machining equipment, including large gantry machining centers, laser cutting, water jet cutting, wire cutting, and CNC turning, milling, and planing machines, enabling us to achieve comprehensive strength from process design, product styling, mold manufacturing to mass production. Over the years, we have been a qualified supplier to CRRC, VESTAS, BOMBARDIER, SIEMENS, and ENDURANCE.
