Dalian Hualun Chemical Fiber Engineering Co., Ltd. is a specialized technical enterprise engaged in general contracting of engineering, design of chemical fiber and nonwoven projects, equipment manufacturing, and product development. It holds a Class A qualification certificate for chemical fiber engineering design issued by the National Ministry of Construction and has the right to self-operate import and export. Since its establishment in 1991, it has successively established Dalian Hualun Chemical Fiber Equipment Factory and Dalian Hualun Membrane Technology Co., Ltd., set up a postgraduate workstation with Dalian Polytechnic University, and founded an experimental base for the Industrial Ecology and Environmental Engineering Research Center of Dalian University of Technology, gradually developing into a high-tech comprehensive enterprise integrating engineering design, equipment processing, and general contracting. It has provided 176 chemical fiber and nonwoven production lines for 82 domestic units, all of which are rationally designed and equipped with fine machinery, receiving positive reviews from domestic and international experts. The Dalian Hualun Technical Development Center currently has three functional nonwoven production lines: 1. Multi-functional meltblown production lines with widths of 950mm and 700mm. 2. A bicomponent, four-carder, short-fiber web-forming nonwoven production line with a width of 1050mm. 3. A bicomponent spunbond thermal bonding nonwoven production line with a width of 700mm. The Dalian Hualun Technical Development Center has the capability to develop and process spunbond nonwoven equipment and has produced multiple long-fiber nonwoven equipment. Processing equipment includes combined machining centers, wire cutting machines, vertical lathes, vertical milling machines, universal milling machines, lathes, and gantry planers, as well as professional equipment for turning, fitting, riveting, and welding, equipped with a 10-ton crane. The processing workshop covers an area of 16,000 square meters. In 1998, it provided polyester spunbond geotextile equipment and technology for the major national science and technology project during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period - Shaoxing Lida Nonwoven Co., Ltd. In 2001, it undertook the development of L-type medium and coarse denier nylon and polypropylene industrial filament spinning and drawing one-step equipment, a high-tech promotion project of the National Planning Commission. In 2002, the independently developed, designed, and manufactured polyester/nylon composite and island ultra-fine fiber production line was approved as a technological innovation fund project for small and medium-sized enterprises by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2006, it took on the key discipline construction project of the 211 Project - the flexible spinning machine project for bicomponent composite ultra-fine fibers at Donghua University. In 2008, the company designed and manufactured the first domestically produced, fully independent intellectual property - bicomponent hollow orange-petal type ultra-fine fiber spunbond hydroentangled nonwoven production line, which was successfully commissioned in Ji'an, Jiangxi. In 2009, "Research and Development of Bicomponent Ultra-Fine Fiber Spunbond Hydroentangled Nonwoven Process Technology and Equipment" passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal by the China Textile Industry Association, with its products, equipment, and technology being the first in China, filling a domestic gap, and at an internationally leading level. This production line uses PET/PA6 chips as raw materials, adopting a hollow orange-petal bicomponent spunbond + hydroentanglement process to produce 0.075d ultra-fine fiber nonwovens, mainly used in high-end wiping cloths, filter materials, decorative materials, and base fabrics for artificial leather. In 2009, it provided a bicomponent core-sheath spunbond thermal bonding / bicomponent hollow orange-petal spunbond hydroentangled nonwoven production line for Tianjin Polytechnic University. In 2011, the company built the second bicomponent hollow orange-petal spunbond hydroentangled nonwoven production line in China for Zhongfang Xinyuan Nonwoven Materials Co., Ltd. in Langfang, Hebei, which was successfully commissioned at the end of 2011. This production line uses new processes, technologies, and equipment, producing bicomponent hollow orange-petal ultra-fine fiber spunbond hydroentangled nonwovens with high strength in both directions, good air permeability, and a fiber opening rate of over 98%, making the fabric more uniform. The product can compete with foreign products and is particularly suitable for high-end artificial leather bases and filter materials, providing a good foundation and development space for clothing leather, and serving as an upgraded product in the nonwoven application field. In 2012, the company constructed the first multifunctional, bicomponent, dual-section core-sheath/orange-petal spunbond, and meltblown SMMS composite nonwoven production line for Duofluoro Chemicals Co., Ltd. in Henan, which was successfully commissioned at the end of 2012 in Jiaozuo, Henan. The products are mainly used in high-end hygiene materials, high-end packaging, shoe material, battery separators, and water treatment-related fields.
