The machinery product manufacturing division holds design and manufacturing licenses for D1 and D2 class pressure vessels, a special type of equipment, and is designated as a production base for mechanical and electrical equipment by the Guangzhou Design Institute of China National Light Industry. The main product series include: food machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, chemical machinery, pressure vessels, and other non-standard equipment. These products are widely used in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, fine chemicals, textile printing and dyeing, and industrial heating. The wholly-owned subsidiary, Yueyang Hongyuan Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Installation Co., Ltd., has obtained a national Class 1 'Boiler Installation, Transformation, and Repair License' (≤14MPa) and a 'Pressure Pipeline Installation License' (GB2(2), GC2), and has also passed ISO9001:2008 quality assurance system certification. It possesses the capability for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering projects, especially boiler and thermal pipeline network engineering, with a portfolio of high-quality project achievements from well-known brand enterprises such as the Uni-President Group, PepsiCo, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Asia Pulp & Paper, Foxconn Group, and Founder Technology. The energy management contracting division has multiple successful experiences in energy management contracting, saving a significant amount of valuable energy for both clients and society. Leveraging years of experience in the design and construction of boiler thermal equipment systems, we provide a full suite of energy-saving services including: energy audits, project design, project financing, equipment procurement, engineering construction, equipment installation and commissioning, personnel training, and operational management.
