Dalian Hongyuan Rui'an Industrial Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the business of chemicals, trade, technology, and investment. It currently has three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Dalian Zhaokai Industrial Co., Ltd., Dalian Zhaokai Biochemical Co., Ltd., and Hongkong Heqin Kaiying Co., Ltd., as well as two holding subsidiaries: Dalian Juyi Chemical Co., Ltd. and Dalian Huipengda Chemical Co., Ltd. The production and research & development of chemical products are mainly concentrated in Dalian Zhaokai Biochemical Co., Ltd., with representative products including boron-10 isotope series, PVC coating materials, polymerization inhibitors, and petrochemical additives. The factory has been relocated to Puwan New District, Dalian, covering an area of 45,000 square meters, with a planned construction area of 30,000 square meters, of which 15,000 square meters have been completed and put into use. The company has won several honorary titles such as the Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress at provincial and municipal levels, Innovative Enterprise, and Excellent Export Enterprise. The Liaoning Province Boron Materials Engineering Technology Center is located within this enterprise. Import and export trade activities are mainly conducted by Dalian Zhaokai Industrial Co., Ltd., focusing on the operation and import/export agency services of petrochemical additives, polymerization inhibitors, catalysts, co-catalysts, industrial cleaning agents, and instruments, equipment, and spare parts used in the petrochemical industry. Domestic trade is primarily carried out by Dalian Juyi Chemical Co., Ltd., specializing in the distribution of fine chemicals and bulk chemical products such as propylene, polypropylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, base oils, lubricants, and sulfur. The service areas involve energy enterprises in the fields of petrochemicals, metallurgy, and power, with extensive and long-term business relationships with subsidiaries of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Sinopec, and Shenhua Group. Investment is a new business development direction for the company, with a focus on high-tech industrialization projects, real estate projects, and equity joint ventures. Ongoing cooperation projects include: collaborating with Baimu New Materials in the production, operation, and engineering services of anti-corrosion materials, with plans to develop the enterprise into one of the top three in the anti-corrosion field in Liaoning and surrounding regions over the next three to five years; developing a complete set of fracturing equipment for shale gas extraction in collaboration with Northern Heavy Industry and Great Wall Drilling, which is now in the company formation stage; and the development of the Eastern Commercial City project in Jinzhou New District, which is currently in the detailed planning and design phase.
