Shandong Huajin Auto Parts Sales Co., Ltd. is the sales company for German-style axles in the area north of the Yangtze River for Guangdong Huajin (Guangzhou Huajin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Guangdong Huajin Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). Established in 2002, Huajin has become one of the largest suppliers of specialized trailer components in Asia. The company consists of two plants located in Guangzhou (Guangzhou Huajin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) and Fogang (Guangdong Huajin Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). Its processes include forging, die-casting, welding, machining, stamping, heat treatment, warm extrusion, medium frequency, coating, surface treatment, mold design, and manufacturing. After a decade of development, the company has reached the forefront of the axle industry both domestically and internationally in terms of asset scale, technical level, and sales performance. Huajin is dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of semi-trailer chassis components, mainly producing European and American style axle assemblies, leg assemblies, mechanical suspensions, air suspensions, single-point suspensions, and rigid suspensions. It has an annual production capacity of 430,000 axles, 40,000 sets of suspensions, 100,000 pairs of legs, 1 million sets of brake shoes, and 80,000 tons of forgings, capable of meeting the growing market demand and providing customers with qualified products and satisfactory services. Huajin owns advanced modern production workshops and equipment, including CNC machining centers, CNC grinders, high-precision welding robots, four-gun automatic welding lines, fully automatic extrusion lines, and hydraulic presses ranging from 40 tons to 800 tons, as well as fully automatic roll forging lines, 125KJ electro-hydraulic hammers, 1600-ton electric screw presses, and advanced heat treatment equipment, totaling more than 300 units. All equipment leads in automation levels domestically, with key parts of the products controlled by PLC devices according to national standards, ensuring stable quality. Huajin firmly believes that "talent is the foundation of enterprise survival." With over 800 employees, more than 50% have a college degree or above. The professional R&D team comprises 35 people, 19 of whom hold mid-to-senior professional titles, demonstrating high professionalism, rich experience, and advanced development and design concepts, enabling them to design and develop products according to different customer requirements.
