Dalian Borui Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, specializing in the production of security doors, building entrance doors, and garage doors. After two years of development, the existing factory and equipment could no longer meet the production needs. At the end of 2004, the company's leadership decided to purchase land to establish the "Borui Technology Door Industry Production Base." In early 2005, our company purchased 6,000 square meters of land in Longtou Town, Lushunkou District, constructing a 4,500 square meter factory, a 460 square meter office building, and a 260 square meter canteen. On the basis of existing production equipment, we independently developed and designed an automatic electrostatic spraying rotary production line. The use of this automatic electrostatic spraying production line enables us to spray 250-300 security doors per day, with an annual production capacity reaching 50,000 doors, making us one of the key enterprises for security doors in the Northeast region. Our company is a specialized enterprise approved by the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department for the production of security doors. Currently, we have more than 120 employees, approximately 20% of whom are various types of professional technical and management personnel. The employee team is stable, and through continuous technical training, the staff has achieved a high level of competence. The company possesses a range of production, inspection, measurement, and testing equipment, which meets the needs for material cutting, molding, welding, phosphating, powder coating, assembly, and inspection during the product quality formation process. With the care and support of governments at all levels, and through the hard work and significant investment of all employees over many years, the company has acquired ample resources and quality assurance capabilities, developing into a backbone enterprise in the Northeast region for the professional production, installation, and service of security door series products. Currently, we mainly produce various series of security doors, fireproof doors, intercom building entrance doors, and various electric doors. These products are widely used in high-end residences, hotels, villas, entertainment venues, and meet the needs of enterprises and public institutions. The "Borui" brand series of products have set up offices and after-sales service organizations in the Northeast region. Due to their novel design, reliable quality, and excellent service, they have won the trust and praise of a wide range of users. While establishing the security door production base in 2005, the company's leadership also conducted a tracking survey of the national market demand for fireproof doors. After understanding the market demand, they decided to research and develop fireproof door series products and technologies. Over three years, we have comprehensively mastered fireproof door technology. In March 2008, our company applied to the Lushunkou District Development and Reform Bureau of Dalian for the addition of a steel fireproof door production line. On May 30, 2008, the Lushunkou District Development and Reform Bureau of Dalian approved our application for the fireproof door production line, approving the project. By the end of 2008, based on market and production needs, another automatic electrostatic spraying rotary production line was added, increasing the daily production capacity of security doors to 450-500 units.
