Total Investment of Approximately 71.3 Billion Yuan! Dongming Petrochemical 10 Million Ton Refining and Chemical Integration Project First Public Announcement

Recently, the first public announcement for the environmental impact assessment of the 10 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project of Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Dongming Petrochemical) was released. The project mainly involves the construction of 10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, 1 million tons/year ethylene units, 2.4 million tons/year para-xylene units, and a total of 30 downstream supporting refining and chemical processing units. The project primarily focuses on producing high-end petrochemical products while also producing clean oil products. Downstream, the construction includes polyolefin chemical units such as EVA, FDPE, UHMWPE, m-PP, and EPOE, producing high value-added chemical products. The total investment of the project is approximately 71.3 billion yuan.
