ZXN-16C\ZXN-16P Pneumatic Diaphragm Double Seat Control Valve Structure:
Equipped with a multi-spring actuator, it features compact structure, lightweight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly. It is widely used for precise control of gases, liquids, steam, and other media, keeping process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at set values. It is particularly suitable for applications with significant allowable pressure differentials and larger allowable leakage in less clean media. This series includes standard types, bellows-sealed types, and jacketed insulated types. The product nominal pressure ratings are PN10, 16, 40, and 64; valve body diameter ranges from DN20 to 200. Applicable fluid temperature ranges from -200℃ to +560℃, with various grades within this range. Leakage standards are Level II or Level IV. Flow characteristics can be linear or equal percentage. A variety of specifications are available for selection.
ZXN-16C\ZXN-16P Pneumatic Diaphragm Double Seat Control Valve Features:
1. Top and bottom, layered double guidance double seat control valve, pneumatic diaphragm double seat control valve ZXN-16C works with good stability.
2. It has two valve cores and valve seats, using a "four-way" valve body that can be easily converted from direct installation to reverse installation, changing from air-close to air-open valve.
3. The valve body is designed based on fluid dynamics principles with equal cross-section low flow resistance channels and a large rated flow coefficient.
4. Small unbalanced force, allowing for larger pressure differentials.
5. The actuator adopts a multi-spring structure, reducing height by 30%. Weight is reduced by 30%.
6. Large adjustable range, with an inherent adjustable ratio of 50%.
7. The ZXN pneumatic diaphragm double seat control valve forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem, preventing fluid leakage.
8. The ZXN pneumatic diaphragm double seat control valve is equipped with an insulated jacket, suitable for cases where the fluid may crystallize or solidify after cooling, causing blockages.
