This product is produced using a reaction method, complying with national chemical industry standards. It is an efficient heat stabilizer and low-temperature processing lubricant,
widely used in non-toxic stabilizers for polyvinyl chloride, lubricants for polyethylene, ABS, and SAN resins, as well as release agents for transparent products. Physical and chemical properties: white powder, insoluble in water but soluble in alcohol, decomposes in strong acids, and is hygroscopic in air.
Advantages of this product
1 Proven in use, the product quality indicators and performance meet or exceed those of similar imported products, with good initial coloring and weather resistance.
2 Good lubricity, can improve the phenomenon of scaling and crystallization, also serves as a lubricant, release agent, and matting agent for paints, and an additive for coatings.
3 Generally used as a non-toxic stabilizer for PVC resin. Suitable for general industrial transparent products; works better when used in conjunction with calcium and barium soaps. This product is mainly used for soft products, but in recent years has also begun to be used for hard transparent products such as mineral water bottles and water pipes.
