This product uses a double decomposition process, complies with national chemical industry standards, and serves as an efficient thermal stabilizer and low-temperature processing lubricant,
widely used in non-toxic stabilizers for polyvinyl chloride, lubricants for polyethylene, ABS, and SAN resins, as well as release agents for transparent products. Physical and chemical properties: white powder, insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol, decomposes in strong acids, and exhibits hygroscopicity in air.
The advantages of this product are as follows:
1. Proven through use, product quality indicators and performance are equal to or better than similar imported products, with good initial coloring and weather resistance.
2. Good lubricity, can improve scaling and precipitation phenomena, and can also be used as a lubricant, release agent, and matting agent for paints, as well as an additive for coatings.
3. Generally used as a non-toxic stabilizer for PVC resin; suitable for general industrial transparent products; works better when used with calcium and barium soaps. This product is mostly used in soft products but has recently begun to be used in hard transparent products such as mineral water bottles and water supply pipes.
