This unloading start valve is applied in the compressed air pipeline system of Roots blowers or screw blowers. When the blower starts, the gas being conveyed flows outside through the unloading valve, allowing the blower to start with a light load. Meanwhile, due to the pressure difference between the gas in the pipeline and the external atmosphere, the start valve gradually closes, allowing the conveyed gas to flow into the normal working pipeline. This achieves a light load start for the blower or other compressed gas supplying equipment, avoiding the impact on the main equipment, the drive equipment, and damage to the transmission mechanism caused by direct load starting.
