Principles of the DCV-100 check valve:
The Roots blower check valve, also known as a one-way valve or non-return valve, is a valve that opens or closes automatically based on the flow of the medium and force, preventing backflow of the medium. The check valve belongs to the automatic valve category and is mainly used on pipelines where the medium flows in one direction, allowing flow in only one direction to prevent accidents.

Installation instructions for the DCV-100 check valve:
1. The installation position, height, and inlet/outlet direction of the carbon steel check valve must meet design requirements. Note that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and the connection should be secure and tight.
2. The valve must undergo an appearance inspection before installation, and strength and tightness tests should be conducted before installation. Only after passing these tests is it allowed for use.
3. Do not allow the check valve to bear weight in the pipeline; large check valves should be independently supported to prevent them from being affected by pressure generated in the piping system.
