Wear-resistant flooring enhances the wear resistance and impact resistance of concrete surfaces. It greatly increases the density of concrete, reduces dust generation, and enhances the oil resistance of the floor, creating a high-density, easy-to-clean, and impermeable surface. It is applied together with concrete flooring, resulting in a short construction period. It has good durability and reduces costs associated with periodic repainting or thickening of the surface. It produces less dust than non-metallic hardened floors, has a sparkling appearance like a starry night, better impact resistance, and some effectiveness in static electricity prevention.
3. Concrete Sealing and Curing Agent Flooring
Concrete sealing and curing agent flooring can completely solve issues such as floor fading, scratching, peeling, bubbling, wear resistance, short usage cycle, and difficulties in later maintenance. It has five main functions: dust prevention, wear resistance, hardening, impermeability, and long lifespan.
The concrete sealing and curing agent does not fill the gaps in the concrete with solid material; instead, it penetrates deeply into the concrete and changes its structure through chemical reactions, forming a cohesive structure in three-dimensional space, making it denser, harder, sealed, impervious to scratching and peeling, and resistant to tire marks, fundamentally solving the problem of dust generation on the surface.
The concrete sealing and curing agent not only increases the hardness and wear resistance of the flooring, but also the mature formulation can generate various chemical substances, effectively enhancing the floor's resistance to weathering, carbonation, permeability, and certain corrosion resistance.
