LCS-50 Computerized Quantitative Packaging Machine is designed for powdery materials with poor flowability. It adopts a floor-standing structure, which is compact and easy to install. It features high weighing accuracy, simple and convenient operation, strong reliability, and complete functions, making it widely applicable in industries such as feed, grain, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, non-metallic minerals, fine chemicals, inorganic salts, rubber and plastics, leather, and fertilizers.

Main Functions:

◆ Automatically complete material packaging control functions, integrating weight display, packaging sequence, process interlock, and fault alarm;

◆ Features automatic storage and recovery (copy) of debugging parameters;

◆ Automatically stores control parameters for ten packaging weights and accumulative production, number of packages, total output, and total number of packages for each packaging weight;

◆ Adopts dual screw or single screw variable frequency fast and slow dual-speed feeding method to improve measurement accuracy and speed;

◆ High-brightness fluorescent dual-row display, real-time displaying accumulative batches and accumulative output, number of packages;

◆ Adjustable automatic peeling cycle function, keyboard encryption function, data encryption function, clock display function;

◆ Equipped with standard RS232 and RS485 interfaces, can connect to computers and mini printers. The instrument can connect to computers to print production data statistical reports.
