Product Parameters (I) Automatic Bag Feeder Feeding Capacity: 1200 bags/h Adopts three automatic switching working modes, pneumatically driven. Can store 200-300 empty bags. An alarm will prompt when the bags are running low, and the packaging machine will automatically stop when all bags are used up. The packaging bags are woven bags lined with plastic film, and the final size needs to be provided by the customer. (II) Automatic Bagging Machine Bagging: 800-1200 bags/h Main Features: 1. Vacuum bagging, mechanical hand bagging 2. Low bag alarm in the bag library 3. Insufficient compressed air pressure alarm 4. Bag detection and blowing function 5. Main components are made of stainless steel (III) Air Bag Picker The vacuum suction cup picks a single empty bag from the bag feeder, and the pneumatic hand grips the empty bag and moves it to the center of the bagging machine before releasing the grip and returning to pick another bag. (IV) Aligning and Feeding Device The shaping device aligns the incoming empty bags, which are then sent to the designated position by the feeding device to wait for bagging. (V) Bagging Mechanical Hand Grips both sides of the empty bag and sends it to the automatic bag gripper. (VI) Automatic Bag Gripper The pneumatic gripper holds the empty bag sent by the mechanical hand and checks if it is properly gripped (if not, the empty bag will be automatically blown away). The opening suction cup expands the bag opening and checks whether the bag opening is opened (if abnormal, it will blow away the empty bag). Once normal, the discharge port opens and extends into the bag opening, notifying the electronic scale to discharge material, which enters the packaging bag through the intermediate hopper. (VII) Lateral Moving Cart (Bag Pusher) After material enters the packaging bag, it ensures the material inside the bag is fully settled, then the lateral moving cart sends it along a straight guide rail into the mouth shaping machine. (VIII) Vacuum System with Blade Vacuum Pump. The vacuum pump has a vacuum degree of 20 mbar and noise ≤ 65 dB. Driving Method: AC motor, 380V ±10%, 50HZ. Motor Power: 1.5KW * 2 (IX) Mouth Shaping Machine Works with the bag feeding cart to send the bag into the sealing unit, ensuring that the bag opening does not deform. The height is mechanically adjustable, and the feeding speed is continuously adjustable using a frequency converter. Driving Method: AC motor, 380V ±10%, 50HZ Motor Power: 0.37KW (XI) Automatic Packaging Control System Uses imported programmable controllers, imported motor frequency speed control systems, and imported photoelectric and position detection devices to form the main body of the control system, achieving coordinated control of the entire packaging machine. The system features positive and negative pressure detection and has both automatic and manual conversion modes. The entire operating system is user-friendly, fully functional, and easy to maintain and repair.
