Spray Adhesive Product Introduction:
This product is mainly used for bonding rubber parts on wood, artificial boards, construction, decoration, automotive, furniture, ship decoration, ceramics, as well as leather, rubber, glass, plastic, low carbon steel, canvas, PVC hardboard, fireproof board, and metal. The product has advantages such as good initial tack, fast drying, excellent acid and heat resistance, high bonding strength, good sprayability for machines, and stable storage life.

Application Instructions:
1. The surface of the bonded materials must be clean, flat, free of oil, dust, and water.
2. The bonding materials should be coated on both sides, which can be done with a brush, putty knife, or spray (nozzle diameter 1.7-2.5mm) at 4/5 atmospheric pressure.
3. After applying the adhesive, let it sit at room temperature (20-25°C) for 3-4 minutes until it is not sticky to the touch and slightly tacky, then press the two bonded pieces together.
4. Final shaping should be done between 160-180 degrees, with the edge bending machine operated slowly.
Precautions:
Depending on the combination of bonded materials, there may be difficulties in adhesion. Please conduct experiments before use.
Packaging: 15 kg iron drum.
Storage: This product is a solvent-based flammable material. Fire sources are strictly prohibited. Prevent exposure to high temperatures and humidity. Store in a cool, ventilated environment (5-30 degrees).
Shelf Life: 12 months
This product can provide SGS and MSDS inspection reports.
