1、Product Description
TJ-457 Wet-laid high molecular polymer reaction adhesive waterproof membrane is made of a unique blue-black two-color cross-laminated strong film as the surface material, with imported reaction adhesive as the bonding and sealing layer, and a high-performance, cold-applied self-adhesive composite membrane waterproof membrane composed of high polymer self-adhesive rubber asphalt through special process. It has the reactive characteristics of reaction adhesive, when bonded to the concrete base surface with cement gel, it forms a fully sealed and strong waterproof layer, exceptionally tough. It is a kind of strong cross-film modified asphalt reaction adhesive waterproof membrane jointly developed by our company and experts from the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Building Waterproofing Materials Technology, solving many problems such as hollowing and wrinkling after the construction of ordinary self-adhesive waterproof membranes. This reaction adhesive waterproof membrane can be directly constructed on damp base surfaces, with reliable waterproof performance, simple construction, and long service life.
2、Product Classification
TJ-457 Wet-laid high molecular polymer reaction adhesive waterproof membrane is classified into Type I and Type II according to material performance
The product belongs to high molecular waterproof membrane;
It is divided into blue cross-laminated film and black cross-laminated film according to the surface material.
The nominal width of the membrane is 1m; the nominal area is15㎡,20㎡;
The thickness of the membrane is: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm;
Other specifications can be agreed upon by both parties.
3、Product Features
Strong double-layer laminated film, with higher tear strength and dimensional stability, better waterproof performance than ordinary film.

Reinforcement of detailed nodes: Before laying a large area of membrane, the detailed nodes should be reinforced according to the specifications.
Laying of large area membrane:
Remove the isolation material from the bottom surface of the waterproof membrane, and lay the membrane flat on the polymer cement-based elastic waterproof coating or cement mortar. The membrane should be laid in a parallel overlapping manner with adjacent membranes
(parallel overlap is generally preferred over butt joint). The width of the overlap seam should not be less than 60mm.
Slurrying and venting: Use a wooden float or rubber board to beat the surface of the membrane, venting the air under the membrane to ensure tight bonding between the membrane and the polymer cement-based elastic waterproof coating or cement mortar.
Curing: After the membrane is laid, cure for 48 hours (the specific time depends on the ambient temperature, generally, the higher the temperature, the shorter the time required).
Membrane overlap seams and sealing treatment: Self-adhesive sealing strips can be used to cover the overlapping parts. During operation, remove the isolation film
(or silicone oil isolation paper) from the surface of the overlapping parts of the membrane, and then paste the self-adhesive sealing strip. If the overlapping parts are contaminated, they need to be cleaned first.

7、Storage and Transportation
Packaging with plastic tape rolls.
