1. Product Introduction
The high-performance polymer reactive adhesive waterproof membrane with strong cross-stacked film is a cold-applied, high-performance composite waterproof membrane made from imported cross-stacked high-density polyethylene strong film and asphalt-based strong reactive adhesive material through a special process. This membrane features excellent bonding strength, outstanding bidirectional tear resistance, aging resistance, and ultraviolet resistance.
2. Product Features

Outstanding bidirectional tear resistance
"Self-healing"
Aging resistance
High and low temperature resistance
3. Application Scope
Applicable for underground buildings, roofs, subways, high-speed rail, tunnels, caves, bridges, green planting on underground garage roofs, rooftop gardens, concrete external structures, and internal structural layers, etc.
Technical Performance Indicators:
The strong cross-stacked film polymer reactive adhesive waterproof membrane complies with the standard: Q/HL D 002-2012 "Strong Cross-Stacked Film Polymer Reactive Adhesive Waterproof Membrane"
Reference standards: GB/T 23457-2009 "Pre-applied/Wet-laid Waterproof Membrane" Wet-laid P Class
GB/23441-2009 "Self-adhesive Polymer Modified Asphalt Waterproof Membrane" N Class PE Film
4. Construction Method
Clean the surface of the substrate thoroughly. The substrate can be damp but must not have standing water. For wet-laid construction, the dry substrate should be sprinkled with water to moisten it; for dry-laid construction, the substrate treatment agent can be directly applied on the dry substrate.
When constructing flat waterproofing, it is required to conduct a trial laying of the membrane, laying it flat in sequence and ensuring that the longitudinal lap width between the membranes is 80mm and the transverse lap width is 100mm. After the membranes are laid neatly and properly lapped, proceed to the next step.
Use no less than 42.5 ordinary Portland cement mixed with an appropriate amount of water to form a paste with a water-cement ratio of 0.4, and mix with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes, then let it stand for 5-8 minutes before use.
Evenly apply the prepared cement paste onto the substrate using a scraper while laying the waterproof membrane on the substrate surface, ensuring a firm bond by rolling out any trapped air.
At the joints, additional layers should be set according to specifications and design requirements. The additional layers can use self-adhesive membranes or double-sided self-adhesive tape, and the ends and seams of the membrane should be sealed with matching sealing materials.
5. Precautions
The membrane should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated environment.
Different categories and specifications of membranes should be stored separately, with a storage temperature not exceeding 45°C. When stored flat, the stacking height should not exceed four layers, and when stored upright, it should be single-layer stacking.
Due to the excellent bonding performance of this product and its wet-laying effect, once cross-linking occurs, it is difficult to restore. Therefore, construction personnel need to plan ahead and aim for a successful single application of the membrane to avoid the inconvenience of repeated construction.
Prevent tilting or pressure testing, and cover with a tarpaulin if necessary.
Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life is one year from the date of production.
