HDPEPerforated Corrugated Pipe, also known as seepage pipe or drainage blind pipe, is a new type of seepage and drainage plastic pipe with a corrugated shape formed by adding other additives to polyethylene (PE). It is divided into single-wall and double-wall perforated corrugated pipes, featuring lightweight, strong pressure resistance, excellent bending performance, and ease of construction.
Due to the elongated shape of the pipe holes located in the troughs, this product effectively overcomes the disadvantage of flat round hole products that are prone to clogging, thus affecting drainage performance. It is suitable for various drainage requirements.
The hole sizes can range from 10mm×1mm to 30mm×3mm and can be evenly distributed within a range of 360 degrees, 270 degrees, 180 degrees, and 90 degrees.
Common specifications: Φ50mm single-wall perforated corrugated pipe is used for circumferential drainage in tunnels; Φ100mm double-wall perforated corrugated pipe is used for longitudinal and transverse drainage in tunnels; Φ400mm double-wall perforated corrugated pipe is used for central drainage in tunnels and longitudinal and transverse drainage pipes for subgrade and pavement projects.
