【Product Application】
This product is a transparent nano resin used in fields requiring high hardness, high transparency, wear resistance, hardening, and protection. It can cure automatically under certain light irradiation conditions and will not cure under other circumstances. The hardness of this product can reach pencil hardness of 7 to 9H. It is flexible without cracking, resistant to acids and corrosion (480hrs saltwater test), exceptionally scratch-resistant, and can be widely used for preparing transparent glass thermal insulation resin, transparent UV-resistant resin, as well as transparent hard protective coatings for surfaces of metals, plastics, tiles, wood, and decorative materials. It can also be used in sports equipment such as golf clubs, bicycles, racquets, and in the leather industry. It cures at room temperature, and the solvent is environmentally friendly and easily decomposable alcohol-based.

【Usage Instructions】
1. Use directly or dilute moderately with alcohol or slow-drying agents before use.
2. Application methods: spraying, dipping, rolling.
3. Curing method: UV light curing, under light energy of 300mj to 400mj, irradiation for 20-25 seconds is sufficient for curing.
4. The dry film thickness should not exceed 35 micro; if it exceeds this during complete drying, it may crack. For products requiring flexibility, the film thickness should not exceed 10-15 micro.
【Precautions】
1. This product has a shelf life of 50 days at room temperature (25 degrees Celsius) and can be kept for 90 days at 2-6 degrees Celsius. If gelation (GEL) is observed, the product is no longer usable.
2. This product can only be a topcoat; once applied, it cannot be coated with other resins. If removal is necessary, strong physical sandblasting or paint remover should be used, as strong acids, strong bases, or solvents cannot remove it.
3. It has good adhesion to PU or acrylic resins or baked paint, and can be sprayed without sanding as long as the surface is free of oil, dust, and moisture.
4. It has very good adhesion properties and anti-corrosion effects on magnesium-aluminum alloys.
5. This product is flammable; please store it in a dry, cool place away from fire sources and children.
6. Operators should work in a well-ventilated area and wear rubber gloves, protective clothing, and goggles.
7. If skin contamination occurs, wipe off with alcohol, then wash with detergent and water.
