HDPE Perforated Corrugated Pipe, HDPE drainage pipe, blind drainage pipe, is a new type of drainage and seepage plastic pipe made from polyethylene (PE) with the addition of other additives, featuring a corrugated shape. It is divided into single-wall and double-wall perforated corrugated pipes, characterized by light weight, strong pressure resistance, excellent bending performance, and ease of construction.
Due to the elongated shape of the holes located in the trough of the pipe, this design effectively overcomes the drawback of flat circular hole products, which are prone to blockage and affect drainage efficiency. It addresses different drainage requirements.
The hole size can range from 10mm×1mm to 30mm×3mm, and can be evenly distributed at 360 degrees, 270 degrees, 180 degrees, 90 degrees, and other angles.
Common specifications for HDPE corrugated pipes include: Φ50mm single-wall perforated corrugated pipe for tunnel circumferential drainage; Φ100mm double-wall perforated corrugated pipe for tunnel longitudinal and transverse drainage; Φ400mm double-wall perforated corrugated pipe for central drainage in tunnels and longitudinal and transverse drainage pipes for subgrade and pavement projects.
