Plastic blind ditches are a type of geosynthetic material composed of a plastic core wrapped in non-woven geotextile. The plastic core is made primarily from thermoplastic synthetic resin, which is heated and melted, then extruded through a nozzle to form fibers that are stacked and fused at their junctions to create a three-dimensional porous material. The main body is wrapped with geotextile as a filter membrane, available in four structural forms: porous rectangular, hollow rectangular, porous circular, and hollow circular, with various size specifications.
