1. Product Introduction
The high-performance self-adhesive waterproofing membrane with a strong cross-laminated film is a cold-application, non-reinforced waterproofing membrane. It is made from a base of synthetic rubber, asphalt, tackifiers, and anti-aging agents, with a surface material of strong cross-laminated film imported from the USA, employing anti-adhesion isolation paper/membrane as the isolation layer. It features tear resistance and dimensional stability.
2. Product Features (Advantages)
1. The strong cross-laminated self-adhesive waterproofing membrane possesses excellent tear resistance and puncture resistance, along with superior point tensile strength.
2. The strong cross-laminated film offers excellent dimensional stability, UV resistance, and bi-directional tear resistance.
3. It has excellent bonding performance, achieving complete bonding with the structure, effectively preventing water migration caused by damage to the waterproof membrane. 4. The unique "self-healing" feature allows for automatic healing of localized puncture damage.
5. The membrane bonds firmly with the substrate, and the adhesive material in the strong cross-laminated film can undergo a chemical cross-linking reaction with cast-in-place concrete or cement slurry, forming a strong bond between the waterproof layer and the structural substrate, thereby achieving waterproofing and seepage prevention.
6. This product is applied using cold construction methods, making it safe, environmentally friendly, and free from pollution and safety hazards.
7. It has excellent performance at high and low temperatures, capable of adapting to climate changes in hot and cold regions.
8. Depending on the construction site and substrate conditions, construction methods can include wet application, dry application, floating application, and pre-laid reverse application.
3. Product Applications
Waterproofing projects for basements and roofs in industrial and civil buildings;
Waterproofing and seepage prevention for subways, tunnels, civil air defense projects, and underground municipal projects;
Waterproofing projects for green plantings on the tops of underground parking garages, rooftop gardens, etc.
4. Product Storage
1. Products of different types and specifications should be stored separately and not mixed. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain; they should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment, with a temperature not exceeding 45°C. When stored flat, the stacking height should not exceed 5 layers, and single-layer storage is required when stored upright.
2. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is one year.
