It reacts with the semi-hydrated cement, free calcium, and silica present in the cured concrete through a series of complex chemical reactions, producing hard substances. These compounds ultimately enhance the density of the concrete surface, thereby improving the strength, hardness, wear resistance, and impermeability of the concrete surface. Applicable Scope: It is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments such as diamond sand wear-resistant floors, terrazzo floors, slurry polishing floors, ultra-flat floors, ordinary cement floors, and surfaces prone to dusting, sandblasting, low strength, and poor wear resistance. It is suitable for cement-based locations such as factory workshops, warehouses, shopping malls, supermarkets, docks, airport runways, bridges, and highways. How does it work? The end product of the complex chemical reactions will block and seal the structural pores of the concrete. The increase in strength leads to improved surface hardness, while increased density enhances impermeability. It reduces the pathways for moisture movement, thereby minimizing the intrusion of harmful substances, significantly enhancing the concrete's resistance to chemical erosion. Product Storage: 1. The product should be stored in a sealed container to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration. 2. This product is non-hazardous and can be disposed of as ordinary goods. 3. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry, and cool place. The product ratio can reach 1:4. Construction Process: 1. Grind and clean the surface: Thoroughly grind the surface with 50-300 mesh grinding discs until it feels smooth. 2. Spray sealing and curing agent: Apply 1-3 coats of DM-01 enhanced sealing and curing agent (diluted 1:2 with water) based on the substrate condition until the material is saturated. 3. Preliminary polishing: After curing (3-6 hours) and allowing the surface to dry, grind with 500-800 mesh grinding discs for 1-2 passes. 4. Spray sealing and curing agent: Evenly apply DM-01 enhanced sealing and curing agent on the surface using a sprayer, allow it to react for about 10-30 minutes, rinse the surface with clean water, and use a floor cleaning machine to remove surface crystals (not rinsing with clean water will result in white crystals). 5. Fine polishing: Use 1000-3000 mesh grinding discs for fine grinding, 1-2 passes. 6. If high brightness is required, spray DM-01 crystal agent and let it react for 10-30 minutes before polishing with resin grinding discs, avoiding over-polishing. 7. If waxing is needed, apply the selected floor wax to the surface without excessive application. After drying for about 1-3 hours, polish to achieve the desired brightness, avoiding over-polishing.
