Service life: 20 years. **Construction Process:** 1. **Grinding and Cleaning the Floor:** Thoroughly grind the floor with 50-300 mesh grinding pads until smooth to the touch. 2. **Spraying the Sealant and Hardener:** Apply 1-3 coats of DM-01 enhanced sealant and hardener (diluted 1:2 with water) based on the substrate condition until the material is saturated. 3. **Initial Polishing:** After curing (3-6 hours) and once the floor is completely dry, grind with 500-800 mesh pads for 1-2 passes. 4. **Spraying the Sealant and Hardener:** Use a sprayer to evenly apply DM-01 enhanced sealant and hardener on the floor, allow it to react for about 10-30 minutes, rinse the floor with clean water, and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface crystals (not rinsing with clean water may result in white crystalline residue). 5. **Fine Polishing:** Perform fine grinding with 1000-3000 mesh pads for 1-2 passes. 6. If there are high brightness requirements, spray DM-01 crystal agent with a sprayer, let it react on the floor for 10-30 minutes, and then polish with resin pads, avoiding excessive polishing. 7. If waxing is required, apply the selected floor wax to the surface without over-application. After drying for about 1-3 hours, polish with a polishing machine to achieve the desired brightness, avoiding excessive polishing.
