Product Introduction:
The reason for installing a one-way valve on a Roots blower is to protect the blower. Generally, Roots blowers are not allowed to reverse (because the gap settings between the intake and exhaust ports are different), so a one-way valve is required to be set at the exhaust end. This means that air is only allowed to flow from the Roots blower into the pipeline system, preventing the blower from suddenly stopping and the gas in the system from flowing back due to system pressure, which could reverse the blower and cause damage.

Installation Structure of DCV-350 Check Valve for Blower
1. The check valve must be sensitive and reliable, ensuring that the Roots blower does not reverse instantly. It should have low resistance to the blower for continuous operation of over six months.
2. The check valve is installed horizontally, and for a pipeline with a diameter of 630 mm, the valve body diameter is increased to φ830 mm to provide a certain buffer space.
3. The valve body is freely suspended, with a 45-degree opening stroke to reduce airflow resistance.
4. The connecting mechanism should be firm, flexible, and wear-resistant.
5. The welding position of the limit plate must ensure that the free opening stroke of the valve plate is greater than 60 degrees.
